5. Delivery Conditions

Delivery is available exclusively within Australia. After successful payment, your order will be confirmed and moved into the preparation stage. Order handling typically requires 1–3 business days before being released to the assigned logistics provider. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 5–10 business days, subject to the delivery location and operational circumstances at the time. To maintain consistent service quality, shipments are handled by reliable logistics partners including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Australia Post. Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or more qualify for free delivery, while orders below this amount incur a fixed delivery fee of AUD 10.99. All applicable taxes and related charges are already included in the product prices shown, and no additional fees will be requested. 6. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours of successful payment, provided that the order has not yet entered preparation or been transferred to the logistics provider. Once processing or shipment has started, cancellations can no longer be accepted. If the order has already been dispatched, you may initiate a return request after delivery by following the guidelines outlined in our Order Cancellation Policy.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Return or exchange requests may be submitted within 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery. Eligible situations include visible appearance issues, quality-related concerns, noticeable color differences, unusual odors, or instances where the received item does not match the order details. Eligible refunds are processed in accordance with our refund procedures and will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
