Shipping policy
These Shipping Terms apply to Jardinonara (hereinafter referred to as “we”). This policy explains delivery arrangements, order processing timelines, and related responsibilities, helping you clearly understand the full process from dispatch to receipt. We operate exclusively through an online store and do not offer offline sales.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery services across Australia only. Delivery to locations outside Australia is not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order amount:
- Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or more (including AUD 99.99): free delivery
- Orders with a total value below AUD 99.99: a flat delivery fee of AUD 10.99
All taxes and any shipping-related costs are fully included in the product prices shown. You are not required to pay any additional fees at checkout or upon delivery.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Our order processing hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 (CET).
- Orders completed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day
- Orders completed after 18:00 will be processed starting the next working day
- If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next working day
4. Order Processing Time
Once an order is confirmed, it enters the preparation stage. The standard processing time is 1–3 working days, which includes order verification, packaging, and handover to the logistics carrier.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated overall delivery timeframe is approximately 5–10 working days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics conditions.
6. Logistics Carriers
To ensure stable and reliable delivery, shipments may be handled by one of the following carriers:
- UPS
- DHL
- FedEx
- Australia Post
7. Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and logistics carrier information. You may visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your email address or phone number together with the corresponding order number to check the current status of your order.
8. Responsibility Statement
- Product Damage or Loss: If a product is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact us promptly so we can assist with verification and resolution.
- Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: Once an order has entered the shipping process, requests for modification or cancellation will be handled based on the actual order status.
- Delivery Address Responsibility: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Issues caused by incorrect address information will be handled according to the specific circumstances.
9. Delivery Acceptance Notes
Please inspect the package upon receipt. If the outer packaging appears damaged, damp, or otherwise abnormal, we recommend taking photos promptly and contacting us as soon as possible for assistance.
